Use of this website

Wezasoft provides the content on wezasoft.com for informational purposes about our products and services. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means in ways that impose unreasonable load, or misuse any contact or request channels.

Software products

Access to Weza POS, Weza Wezaskool, Weza Rentoo, Weza Loomy, and custom software is provided under separate agreements executed with each customer. Those agreements govern subscription terms, deployment, training, support, data handling, and acceptable use. Where this website and a customer agreement conflict, the customer agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The Wezasoft name, logo, website content, and software are the property of Wezasoft or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, resell, or distribute them without our written permission. Data created within a customer's own software accounts belongs to the customer.

Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is”. While we describe our products as they are designed to operate, we do not warrant that the website or any information on it is error-free, and product performance depends on your hardware, network, and setup.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wezasoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to our software products is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
