Product data
Sales, student, tenant, subscriber, and other operational data created inside our software belongs to the customer who operates the account. Depending on the product and configuration, this data may be stored locally on the customer's devices, synced to our cloud infrastructure, or both. We process cloud data only to provide hosting, backup, and sync services, under the terms of our customer agreements.
Hosting & third parties
This website and our cloud services run on infrastructure provided by established hosting providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. Messaging features (such as WhatsApp notifications) are delivered through the respective third-party platforms and are governed by their terms.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Our products use staff accounts with role-based permissions to limit access to sensitive functions such as financials and exports. No system is perfectly secure; contact us if you believe data in your account has been compromised.
Your choices
You may ask us what information you have shared with us via email and request correction or deletion of that contact information. Customers can export or manage their product data within their own accounts.
